Old school place, retro in all the right ways. Went for lunch and we shared a pupu platter and most of it was very good. The chicken fingers were a little over breaded and under seasoned but other than that, the food was good. Prices were reasonable and the service was good. Hadn't been here in over 20 years and although it's changed , it still has the same vibe !
The best traditional polynesian food!!....not salty, full of soy sauce or greasy. Abundance of tropical cocktails. There are few and far between old school Chinese restaurants and lounges left. Comfy low tables and cushy seats with an old tropical mural on the wall. One of my favorites. Vintage is good, don't let those who criticized the place in a review influence you. It's a gem of a place for over 50 years!
Hostess was very nice and friendly server I believe his name was Phil was great food was ok they just renovated back room And it looked nice once they opened it
